Sonora Estate Centroamericano is a naturally processed coffee from Costa Rica's Central Valley, grown at 1,300 meters above sea level and harvested between November and February. The farm has over a century of history, beginning when Alberto Guardia transformed his family's agricultural estate into a coffee-focused operation. When coffee prices crashed during deregulation, he made the bold move to invest in his own mill, giving the family greater control over quality instead of selling to cooperatives. Since 2011, Alberto and his son have worked together to produce exceptional coffee while prioritizing sustainability throughout their operations.
