Our first decaf offering since we started roasting. Decaffeinated coffees have had a long reputation of tasting bad. The decaf process over the years have continued to get better and better. This particular coffee is proof of that. Hardly any of the 'decaf' negative traits are present. This coffee uses the sugar cane decaf process, read more about that here
We roasted this coffee to suit both espresso and filter/pourover methods.
We taste honey, vanilla and milk chocolates.
